August: A Blank Canvas

Those wisps of cloud are actually fog rolling in. Happens every night, pretty much right around when I get off work.

Tony demanded a blog post so here one is. I was warned summers in San Francisco were crappy and guess what? They weren’t lying. I am blaming the weather for the bulk of my recent glum mood. My work has been awesome and so has my new pad, and new ‘hood. I’m determined to unfunk this month. I think blogging again about my wonderful new town will help that.

Upcoming things to be excited about – just in the next two weeks? Volunteering at the Jewish Film Festival tomorrow (thanks Sarah for encouraging that), going on my first Walk SF walking tour of China Basin, the Lower Haight Art Walk, the Marquette NorCal Alumni Giants Outing, more concerts (including) Outside Lands, and of course a couple more visitors coming through town.

Hopefully I will stay on task to share my adventures with the three readers I may have left!
